JudgeService, a leading U.K. automotive customer satisfaction insight and reviews site, has launched its services in Canada.

The company has begun offering auto dealers specialized surveys to help boost customer satisfaction, with the ultimate aim of improving stock turnover.

The company has also appointed a sales director Michael de Sousa, to drive its growth in Canada in its first international move since its inception in the U.K. in 2011. De Sousa has more than 20 years’ experience in sales and business management.

JudgeService specializes in customer satisfaction insight and online reviews, and has pioneered the use of customer satisfaction data within the automotive industry, serving over 1,000 dealerships across the U.K. and, now, in Canada.

Through extensive analysis and correlation JudgeService, has established a clear link between high customer satisfaction and improved stock turn. This includes identifying the key drivers to improved customer satisfaction.

Neil Addley, managing director at JudgeService, said, launching a Canadian business was something the company has been excited to announce for some time.

“With our expertise and Michael’s support, we’re looking forward to seeing what we can achieve in the Canadian market and build our business on a global level,” he said.

De Sousa said he is pleased to have joined such a fast-growing company at the ground level in Canada.

“The fantastic team and offerings are unrivalled,” he said. “JudgeService offers a unique opportunity to develop a real understanding of the consumers perspective during their journey and offers clients the ability to develop products and campaigns with that knowledge.”
