Power Stop LLC, of Bedford Park Ill., has introduced its products and attributes to the Canadian marketplace.

Canadian aftermarket veteran Robert Pitt has entered into an agreement to oversee the Power Stop launch and manage all of the company’s products and programs in Canada. Pitt has a background in the Canadian market spanning more than 18 years. He’s held senior positions with Federal-Mogul, Dana Brake & Chassis, Affinia, and Brake Parts Inc.

Power Stop has experienced significant growth in the U.S. market over the last 15 years and is now ready to enter and support the customer base they share in a collaborative effort to assist their client base to grow their business in this dynamic market.

The company says it is excited to have the opportunity to emulate the success it has experienced in the U.S. marketplace.

“Robert has the knowledge, experience, and customer respect to bring our differentiated product offering to the Canadian market,” said Mark Pritt, vice president, special markets. “Mr. Pitt will oversee all aspects of the Canadian sales working with the Grant Brothers sales organization. We’re pleased to rely on his experience in taking Power Stop Forward in the future.”
