Wakefield Canada, the exclusive distributor of Castrol premium products in Canada, has launched a new online self-study program designed to help auto repair shops build trust with their consumers.

The program, called Wakefield Connect, offers free on-demand e-learning guides that serve as a comprehensive turn-key training solution to increase knowledge and build the reputations of professional counter staff and service advisors.

“The e-learning guides we provide include a wide range of subjects from The Basics of Brake Fluids, to Grease Fundamentals,” says Wakefield Canada’s marketing manager Ian Hutchison. “We also work to keep current with subjects like Castrol’s fight against Low-Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI). With today’s everchanging automotive technologies, it’s critical to keep frontline workers up to date and knowledgeable.”

Designed to be concise, informative, and engaging, the exclusive training program is available to staff who work in shops that carry Castrol products. It’s easy to sign-up online. Participants can learn at their own pace, with more than 30 courses offered in both English and French.

Those who complete all available e-learning guides before March 31 will automatically be entered into a draw for a OneWheel+XR self-balancing electric skateboard.

The Wakefield Canada promotional campaign is  to reward users for participating in the program.

Shop owners and staff can enroll for free at www.wakefieldconnect.com.
