Valspar Names Category Manager

Lance S. Bunch has been named category manager of automotive aftermarkets and industrial distribution MRO for Valspar and its new PlastiKote brand
The announcement was made by Michael J. Watson, global managing director-aerosol for Valspar.
“We are pleased to welcome Lance to the Valspar team. With the launch of the new PlastiKote, we needed a knowledgeable and creative person to help increase our brand recognition, and we’ve found those characteristics in Lance,” said Watson. “Lance brings a wide array of experience to Valspar that will help grow the PlastiKote brand. He is committed to its success and the success of our customers.”
In his new position, Bunch is responsible for creating and implementing the overall PlastiKote marketing strategy, as well as serving as its brand manager. He oversees channel management for the automotive aftermarkets and industrial distribution MRO, and conducts product strategy for both the Plastikote brand and Valspar enamels.
