Tire Guru and Epicor have come together and blended their two software programs, Tire Guru’s point of sale software (POS) and Epicor’s integrated service estimator solution (ISE).
Epicor ISE is a web-based solution that provides automated mechanical repair estimating and parts sourcing capabilities that allow users to create comprehensive service estimates and order parts without having to deal with someone on the other line. By putting these programs together, technicians who use POS will have access to vehicle-specific labour rates, parts availability/pricing information from local suppliers, and detailed specifications that can be imported into estimates, work orders, and invoices.
