Stant picks new vice president


Michael Cowley.

Stant has named Michael Cowley its new vice president of engineering and program management.

Cowley graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering as well as a master of science degree in engineering from Wayne State University. He started his career working at Ford Motor Company where he stayed for 31 years in different product development positions. He then went to TI Automotive where he worked as director of global advance technology and application engineering. Prior to coming to Stant, Cowley worked at Roush industries where he led the team in solving alternative fuel systems concerns.

The addition of Michael Cowley to our leadership team is the latest example of those efforts,” said Tim King, senior vice president of global sales for Stant Corporation. “Together with his team, Michael will lead the charge to increase market share by expanding, identifying and developing strategic fuel management and thermal management systems; expanding product offerings; enhancing customer relationships; and earning new business across our original equipment, industrial and aftermarket product lines.”
