Rhino Linings USA Acquires Canadian Operation, Predicts Rapid Expansion

Rhino Linings USA, Inc., the worldwide leader in sprayed-on polyurethane truck bed linings, recently acquired the assets of Rhino Linings Canada, opening the road to rapid
expansion in the country. Under the agreement, more than 30 Canadian dealerships have been added to the Rhino Linings network. The company projects that number will grow significantly as Rhino Linings USA pursues an
aggressive marketing program in Canada.
“In the first six weeks after the acquisition, we sold one new dealership a week in Canada,” said Charles Dobyns, Rhino Linings USA director of dealer sales. “We plan to sell no less than 60 dealerships in the country over the
next 12 months.”

At the close of 2002, Rhino Linings enjoyed a 165% increase in new dealership sales over the previous year.
There are currently more than 1,000 Rhino Linings dealers and industrial accounts in over 50 countries around the world.
