NAPA PROLink “SE” for…

NAPA PROLink “SE” for on-Line Parts Look-Up, Ordering

NAPA Canada, a division of U.A.P. Inc., just released the latest version of their on-line parts application and ordering system – NAPA PROLink “SE”.

“The effects that on-line parts ordering is having on a shop’s daily productivity is remarkable” states Michel Bibeau, director of training and business systems for UAP.

The “SE” version of the NAPA PROLink system offers an improved customer experience and efficiency for on-line parts look-up and ordering.

Expanding on the systems time savings ability, including visual part imaging and prompts about easily overlooked related requirements for most typical repairs, the system now allows for more of an intuitive search similar to using an application like Google. No longer is there a need to know or start with specific models/makes. Rather, users start with simple keywords and using a logical progression, select simple menu options that zero in on the right parts quickly.

“Simply,” states Michel, “through simple keyword input and expanded menu selections, our customers can find what they need fast and ordering remains a simple click of the mouse”.

Other features include enhanced search history functions to product comparison tables and an integrated VIN decoder – including metric to SAE conversions and automatic spelling or type error corrections.
