Lubrication Specialties Inc. (LSI), manufacturer of Hot Shot’s Secret fuel and oil additives, has named Carmen Fiordirosa as its new director of E-Commerce.
She joined the LSI team in July and plans to work remotely from Chicago.
In the newly created role, Fiordirosa will collaborate with the company’s partners to grow e-commerce sales, ensuring a consistent brand message, robust content and online account support. Responsibilities will encompass business development and strategy, website and social media content and development, promotional campaigns, online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and technologies.
Prior to joining LSI, Fiordiorsa served as the director of marketing for CleanTools, Inc. in Westmont, IL. There she was responsible for developing brand strategy, content marketing, and provided account management for distributors and suppliers across three markets – automotive aftermarket, marine and pet markets. With close to 15 years of experience in marketing and business development with consumer packaged goods, Fiordiorsa has a proven track record of developing digital strategies that significantly contributes to e-commerce while also managing full product lifecycle: design, development, testing and implementation.

LSI currently offers a line of over 30 fuel and oil additive products, lubricants and preventive maintenance specialty products for gas and diesel powered vehicles under the brand Hot Shot’s Secret.
