Worldpac has joined The Pronto Network under a new strategic partnership aimed at strengthening collaboration and expanding support for the independent automotive aftermarket, the two organizations announced.

The agreement, which took effect April 1, brings together what the organizations described as two aftermarket players with complementary strengths. Worldpac adds its focus on OE‑quality parts, technical education and catalogue technology, while The Pronto Network brings its emphasis on member support, strategic growth and supply‑chain collaboration.

“Joining The Pronto Network allows us to align with an organization that shares our vision for innovation and customer success,” said John Hamilton, president and CEO of Worldpac. “As the aftermarket continues to evolve with new technologies, vehicle complexities, and changing consumer expectations, we are now better positioned to support customers with shared resources and enhanced capabilities.”

The partnership is intended to benefit members, suppliers and professional repair customers by broadening access to training, national account programs and supplier relationships. Both organizations said early priorities will include expanding industry‑leading education initiatives and enhancing national account offerings, while creating long‑term value across the independent service ecosystem.

“We are proud to welcome Worldpac to The Pronto Network family,” said Robert Roos, President and CEO of The Pronto Network. “Our two organizations bring different strengths to this partnership, and uniting makes us even stronger. Together we will continue to advance solutions that align with our shared vision of empowering members, so they thrive in today’s rapidly changing marketplace.”

Roos added that the combined footprint is expected to strengthen the aftermarket from suppliers and distributors through to repair shops and vehicle owners, helping ensure the independent channel remains competitive and well prepared for future demands.

Both organizations framed the move as a milestone in reinforcing cooperation within the independent aftermarket at a time of increasing vehicle complexity and technology change.
