  1. Doing all the above, along with maintenance work and some pre-booking, and tried advertising also over the last few years, but car count steadily creeping down and that is our challenge now. Average repair order for last year was just over $600. Six bay shop with 3 techs and two service advisors, also involved in management training since 2003. We find ourselves on a steady uphill climb to find solutions.
