RepairPal says the signing of its 2,500th auto repair shop confirms its place as the largest provider of repair services in the United States.
The company says its unique model for helping motorists find high-quality vehicle care has earned the trust of a wide array of fleets as well as the recommendation of companies that sell, insure, and rent vehicles.
RepairPal says it has built a rigorous process to identify shops that have the right commitment to quality, customer service, and price fairness.
To become RepairPal Certified, shops must pass a comprehensive evaluation of its technicians, training strategy, tools, equipment, supply chain, customer satisfaction, pricing, and warranty.
“We are honored to work with so many high-quality shops across the country,” says RepairPal CEO Art Shaw. “We’ve done the work to find the right shops, and together we ensure consumers have great experiences when they need to get their cars fixed.”
The company, which was established in 2007, has no plans to expand into Canada.
