PowerEdge has launched the 28PE alternator for commercial vehicles and medium‑ and heavy‑duty trucks. The 12‑volt alternator delivers 160 amps at road speed and features a plug‑in connection that eliminates cutting and rewiring during installation. Available in pad mount and J180 configurations, it fits select Mack, Freightliner, Kenworth, and Peterbilt models. Built with OE‑based technology, the alternator offers improved airflow, is 100 per cent new with no core charge, and includes a one‑year, unlimited‑mileage warranty.
