New service provides customers alternative way to source tires

A new service, which bills itself as “the modern approach to car maintenance,” now offers customers an easy way to source tires for their vehicles.

A Toronto-based company called BUKL has partnered with Bridgestone to give motorists a wide selection of tires that can be mounted on their vehicles at hundreds of locations in the greater Toronto area.

BUKL uses its network of auto shops, parts distributors, and automotive data to give customers a guaranteed price for the best auto shops in their area. It allows drivers to select a shop, schedule a time for service, and book directly through its web app.

Drivers can then drop their car off at the scheduled time, and when the repairs are completed, automatically pay through BUKL for the price that was guaranteed for the repairs. The service promises no upcharges, and no surprise bills.

The service has recently been expanded to allow customers to see tire prices in the same way. BUKL says it works with major distributors to bring the best prices and selection.

“The launch of this service represents the relationship we are trying to create between standalone autoshops and everyday drivers” says BUKL CEO and founder Jesse Sahlani. “Now you can find the best deals on tires thanks to our volume discounts, paired with over 100 auto shops with skilled labour in the GTA.”

BUKL is currently only available in the greater Toronto area, but Sahlani says the company is expanding aggressively and plans to move into new markets soon.

The BUKL app is available for download on both iPhone and Android devices at
