Monroe and Walker Servicegrams are being made available through the supplier’s app for technicians and counter staff to easily find information relating to automotive repair issues.
The Servicegrams – a monthly flier – has information on common service repairs and procedures, product features, troubleshooting techniques, and more. Other topics it covers are rebound spring technology, Monroe heavy duty hydraulic vs. gas charged shock design, and strut assembly installation.
Each month more resources and technology information will be published onto the app in multiple languages including English, French, and Spanish.
“We originally designed the Servicegram series to be available to technicians and counter professionals on the move,” said Denise Hanefeld, manager, brand and marketing communications, Tenneco. “Providing access through the mobile apps allows the technician to more quickly find a resource that will help solve a troublesome repair – quite possibly on a mobile device in the service bay, helping to speed a repair and, possibly, better satisfy a customer.”
