The Spring 2018 Lindertech Training Event is coming to Saskatoon and Edmonton over the next month. Shop owners, service advisors, and technicians can take in advanced business and technical training during both events.
Both will have similar courses, though the Saskatoon event – from March 20-24 – will feature a session about the business side of running a shop, hosted by Donny Seyfer. The Edmonton event will take place April 5-7.
One course will be focused on service advisors called Getting to “Yes” with confidence, led by Rick White. They will learn how to connect with people, learn to identify obstacles that are hindering their business, learn how to use positivity and confidence to gain success, and, lastly, how to overcome objections.
Other discussions will deal with technical training. Technicians will be learning transmission diagnosis, how fuel trims the key to efficient diagnosis, and how to examine gasoline direct injection technology. Scott Shotton and Scot Manna will lead those classes in both cities.
The five-day event in Saskatoon will be held at Sutherland Automotive at 2802 Cleveland Ave. In Edmonton, it will run three days at the Marriott Courtyard Edmonton West at 10011 118th St. NW.
