Tire distributor Groupe Touchette has moved into a bigger distribution centre in Regina.
The company opened the doors to the new building at the end of August. It can house 24,000 in its 21,000 square feet of space – double the capacity of its old warehouse.
The company said it will be able to improve service thanks to its wider brand inventory.
“This distribution centre will enable us to provide better service, better access to products and a faster delivery capacity, said Jesse Hawken, the company’s warehouse manager in Regina. “This warehouse provides eight permanent positions and a potential of six to eight additional employees during high seasons.”
