Pirelli launches new tire for supercars

Pirelli Tire Inc. has launched the P Zero tire for the high-end tire market. The P Zero has been developed for supercars in order to give them better performance in wet or dry conditions. The tire offers drivers an improved tread patterns that enhances grip in wet conditions and acoustic comfort with a dynamic asymmetric contour profile that also ensures even wear and a consistent footprint at all speeds. A hybrid cord system allows the tire profile to be controlled at high speeds.
