He has been promoted to the position of Publisher of both Service Station & Garage Management and L’automobile magazines effective February 16, 2009.

Good day,
Is there a chance you may have in your archives from September 1998 an editorial about a Red Seal mechanic who was having a hard time finding work in northern Quebec ? I forget who the editor was at the time. Is it possible to send me an email of that article ? I have lost my copy, as I was moved alot over the years being married to a military wife. The editorial was about me. I wonder if things have changed regarding out of province Red Seal trades.
