New Ball Joint Corrects Boot Failure…

New Ball Joint Corrects Boot Failure on 1997-99 Dakota/ Durango Models

Moog Chassis Parts has introduced a Problem Solver ball joint that corrects boot failure on 1997-99 Dodge Dakota and Durango models. Part Number K7242 addresses the causes of excessive play and joint separation on 1997 Dakota pickups and 1998 and ’99 Dakota and Durango models. The fully serviceable new Moog Problem Solver ball joint for these applications features a unique, extremely durable sealed-boot technology with special grease-relief valve to prevent socket contamination. The Problem Solver design also utilizes hardened powdered-metal bearings that are far more resistant to wear than polymer bearings under adverse conditions.
