Net3F becomes Carrus Technologie…

Net3F becomes Carrus Technologies

The provider of automated business solutions for the automotive aftermarket industry announces a change of corporate name. Net3F, a subsidiary of B2B Vertical Markets, a joint venture between RBC Financial Group and Mediagrif Interactive Technologies announced that its corporate name has been replaced by Carrus Technologies Inc. The change in corporate name follows the purchase, on December 18, 2002, of the minority shareholders of Net3F by B2B Vertical Markets. According to the company, the change will allow better identification of business activities following the integration of DISC, a division of Uni-Select purchased last July.

“This change in corporate name represents a milestone in the development of our business. Today, we offer a number of solutions for the automotive aftermarket industry in Canada and are actively extending these solutions throughout the Canadian market.” said Michel Ttrault, Chief Executive Officer of Carrus Technologies. The network’s Web site is available at www.carrustechnologies.com.
