Joseph Kuchar, president and CEO of Recochem Inc., has announced four key appointments: Ralph Carmichael has been appointed senior vice-president, International and Industrial Division; Paul Morgan has been appointed senior vice-president, Consumer Division; Kert Teblum has been appointed senior vice-president, Automotive Products, Consumer Division; and James Campbell has been appointed executive vice-president, finance and chief financial officer.

KBi/Kold-Ban Inter-national, Ltd. is pleased to announce the appoint-ment of Chris De Guerre as North American sales manager. In this newly created position, De Guerre will be responsible for the North American sales and marketing activities of KBi products to the OE, OES, POE, Fleet, warehouse distributor and other channels of the on-and-off road heavy duty truck and equipment industries. Prior to joining KBi, De Guerre held an increasing number of senior management positions in the automotive, consumer electronics and recreational vehicle industries.
