Delphi eyes parts number boom

With more than 2,000 SKUs launched this year, Delphi plans to release even more in 2018.

The company announced that it plans to increase the number of steering and suspension options by 50 per cent next year. This product line, Delphi said in a press release, will include a full line of import and domestic vehicle parts, including control arms, sway bar links, tie rods, ball joints and bushings, along with steering kits and accessories.

Between now and the end of December 2018, the company said it will launch new part numbers every 60 days.

“The U.S. and Canada are important distribution channels for the continued growth of our steering and suspension line of products,” said Alex Ashmore, Delphi Aftermarket’s president. “The customers who currently recognize us as the most preferred fuel brand in the aftermarket will soon know and trust our same quality and service for all our steering and suspension products in North America.”
