Chicago Pneumatic to expand its Expert Corner information platform

Chicago Pneumatic will release a new series of informative articles and videos for 2019, all designed to help repair shop managers and technicians better understand power tools.

The new articles and videos will be included in the company’s online knowledge hub, dubbed The Expert Corner.

Topics expected to be covered this year include advice on how to select the right accessories, safe use of tools, and different types of calibration. There will also be an emphasis on workplace safety, including how to protect workers from hand arm vibration syndrome (HAVS).

Chicago Pneumatic’s Expert Corner is aimed at anyone with questions about power tool selection, performance, or regulations.

New articles, published every month, will be available in nine languages.

Videos will explain some of the more complex topics facing power tool users, and also demonstrate certain procedures, such as how to prevent hose whiplash.

Finally, the program also includes an e-newsletter to keep subscribers updated with the newest information available.

Chicago Pneumatic started its Expert Corner in 2016 with the introduction of free-to-download Expert Technical Guides, imparting its 110+ years of knowledge to help power tool users work smarter and safer.
