Philadelphia-based parts manufacturer Cardone is offering cash for technician-produced installation videos.
Technicians of all skill-levels are being challenged to share their knowledge, tips, and advice.
The winner will receive $5,000 for their original video on how to install or service an under-the-hood or under-the-car automotive part.
“The automotive market is incredibly active with smart, fun technicians who have an abundance of knowledge and experience to share. We see this competition as a chance to share installation tips and tricks with the larger automotive community,” said Joe End, customer experience and tech services manager for Cardone.
To enter the content, which runs to Oct. 15, 2018, videos must be submitted through videocontest.cardone.com.
The winner will be chosen based on a point system that tallies online votes and views tied to a specific video. Points can be gathered throughout the contest and will continue after the video deadline with a final count on Oct. 31, 2018.
CARDONE will announce the winner on Nov. 14, 2018 through the contest website and on www.cardone.com.
The winner and other top-rated contestant videos will also join entries from the last contest on CARDONE’s YouTube channel.
