AARO to discuss safety inspections at annual symposium

The Automotive Aftermarket Retailers of Ontario (AARO) will review the provincial Ministry of Transportation’s newly revised “Safety Inspection Guidelines at their 2015 Symposium on Oct 17.

The full day of business sessions will also include a look at telematics, the state of Ontario’s Pension Plan, the Ministry of Labor’s inspection blitzes, Drive Clean reports on Pass, Fail, and Conviction rates, and a presentation by Cairns Control Systems on how to secure your shop/facility and what methods that are available to monitor it.

Author Tom Dean will be on hand to discuss ‘the family business’, its ups and downs, and its continuation.

The event will be held at the Holiday Inn Oakville Centre in Oakville, Ont., starting at 9 a.m.
