Filtration company Mann+Hummel is expanding its management board from two to three members.
Effective July 1, the new leadership structure will include CEO Kurk Wilks, newly appointed chief operating officer Emese Weissenbacher, and incoming chief financial officer Jurate Keblyte. The addition of the COO role, the company said in announcement, marks an evolution in the company’s executive framework, aimed at strengthening its operational focus and global supply chain.
“With this decision, we are aligning our leadership structure even more closely with the strategic priorities of our time,” said Thomas Fischer, non-executive chairman of the supervisory board. “Customer proximity, operational excellence, and resilience are essential pillars for our future. This expanded and diverse leadership team is ideally positioned to take Mann+Hummel to the next level.”

Emese Weissenbacher, who has served as CFO for the past decade and has been with the company for over 30 years, will transition into the newly created role of executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Stepping into the CFO role is Keblyte, who brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in financial transformation.
“This new structure ensures that customer centricity and operational impact continue to drive everything we do,” Wilks said. “It reflects our firm belief that the diversity of a leadership team — in every respect — is the foundation for sustainable success.”
