
Tekmetric has announced the launch of two new products designed to help auto repair shops attract new customers and improve every phone interaction.
Unveiled at Tektonic 2026, Tekmetric’s industry conference held April 9-11 in Houston, Tekmetric Digital Ads and Tekmetric Phones were introduced.
Tekmetric Digital Ads helps shops appear prominently in local search results on platforms such as Google Maps and Yelp when drivers search for services like auto repair, brake repair, or transmission service. The self‑serve tool combines local advertising, campaign management, and performance tracking, with setup typically taking less than 15 minutes.
Early campaigns have shown strong returns, generating new customers and meaningful revenue with modest ad spend. Digital Ads is currently available through early access, with general availability planned for early summer 2026.
Designed to improve customer experience when the phone rings, Tekmetric Phones automatically surfaces customer history, vehicle details, open repair orders and appointments. This allows service advisors to respond quickly and confidently. Integrated with RingCentral, the solution works alongside existing phone systems and links calls directly to Tekmetric workflows.
