Nearly 170 golfers helped raise $40,100 for charity at Groupe Del Vasto’s Annual Golf Tournament on Aug. 21.
The funds, raised through registrations, a silent auction, and generous sponsorships from automotive suppliers, will be donated to charitable organizations, including the ALS Society of Quebec, Welcome Hall Mission, Hereditary Angioedema Foundation, and the AIA High Fives for Kids Foundation.
The event was held at the Quatre Domaines Golf Club in Mirabel.
Founded in 1986, Groupe Del Vasto is a privately held distributor of automotive parts. The Montreal-based company currently serves Eastern Canada through its seven distribution centers located in the provinces of Quebec, Ontario and Nova Scotia, operating under the name Vast-Auto Distribution.
