VL Communications Redesigns Tire Ordering Tools

Tire and service shop software developer VL Communications announced it has redesigned its tire ordering solution.

AB Link is a new module added to the company’s popular AB Magique software package which enables service writers to search for and online order tires and on the popular IPhone or IPad. Orders are invoiced automatically by the system and sent to shipping.

“Some customers reported cutting down on phone orders expenses and shop owners are expressing extremely positive sales impact [using the software],” says Karole Lauzier, vice-president of VL Communications. “One of our customers became the number one tire store within [their banner program] soon after implementing AB Link”
