UView Acquires MotorVac Technologies

MISSISSAUGA, ON CANADA — July 2, 2009 — UView
Ultraviolet Systems, Inc. a leading manufacturer of innovative service tools and
products to the automotive repair industry announced today that it has acquired the
assets of MotorVac Technologies, Inc.

According to Phil Trigiani, CEO of UView, “The acquisition of MotorVac reflects our
continuing commitment to provide innovative and functional products to the
automotive service industry. Both companies share a passion for delivering the right
tool to do the job and conducting a high quality service. As a result, we will
significantly increase the depth and breadth of our sales coverage resulting in
significant opportunities for growth”

Based in Santa Ana, California, MotorVac (http://www.motorvac.com) is a leading
supplier of professional automotive fluid maintenance equipment and service
products that are distributed to over 60 countries. The company was founded in
1992 when it introduced the CarbonClean™ fuel system cleaning machine and
detergent-based solutions. It continued to expand its product line to service all
vehicle fluids. Today the company holds 17 patents and has earned four MOTOR
Magazine Top 20 Tools Awards.

The two companies have similar operational processes and share many of the
