Undercar parts manufacturer Spectra Premium won the top award from the Automotive Content Professionals Network (ACPN) for its web eCatalogue.
The Gold Content Excellence Award was presented to Spectra Premium at ACPN’s annual Knowledge Exchange Conference in Tampa, Florida on April 30.
The Boucherville, Que.-based company said it was happy to receive the award as a sign of its employees hard work to supply customers with a user-friendly online catalogue featuring accurate and updated product information.
“We are honoured that ACPN presented us with this award, which acknowledges the dedication and teamwork of our parts information management, parts application management, web development and marketing teams,” says Gilles Tremblay, corporate director, marketing. “Spectra Premium quickly saw the importance of catalogs in electronic form and has been one of the first adopters of this medium that is now the norm in our industry. Our eCatalogue not only offers quality content, but also stands out for the excellent integration of its data content with a user-friendly interface on both mobile devices and desktops.”
This is not the first win for Spectra Premium’s eCatalogue and dedication to mobile application excellence. The company has been recognized before by both ACPN and (in its previous iteration) the National Catalog Managers Association.
