R&B Signs Letter to Buy Automotive Edge

R&B Inc. has signed a letter of intent to acquire The Automotive Edge/Hermoff.
The Automotive Edge is a Canadian manufacturer and distributor of exhaust manifolds, catalytic converters and components in Canada and the United States. R&B has several related product categories and sells under the Dorman and Help! brands.
The transaction is scheduled to complete in June, subject to certain conditions and adjustments, the company said without releasing the terms of the deal.
