New lighting options from Lumileds is boosting brightness levels.
The company announced that its new Philips Xenon CrystalVision ultra bulbs that are brighter and whiter than its standard high-intensity discharge option.
The upgrade has a colour temperature of up to 5000K compared to 4300K previously, which gets closer to mimicking the look of natural daytime illumination. This allows drivers to get a higher level of performance and style, the company said in an announcement.
The bulbs come with the Philips Certificate of Authenticity as part of its efforts to protect customers from buying counterfeit items. The product’s authenticity can be verified online at www.philips.com/original.
