On-line Aftermarket Training Program Expanded

The University of the Aftermarket has launched a new slate of on-line training programs.
Some 20 new courses are now available, allowing aftermarket businesses to train more people at a lower cost than on-site courses. In addition, the progress of employees is measured and reported to managers.
Included are courses designed to introduce new hires to the complex automotive aftermarket industry: Introduction to the World of the Aftermarket; The World of the Warehouse Distributor.
There are courses designed specifically for the service dealer: How to Handle the Angry Customer; Selling Shocks & Struts.
There are also programs designed to improve management, supervision and leadership skills. You can earn University of the Aftermarket continuing education credit (CEU) for all of these courses.
Special Pricing Available to Members of Sponsoring Associations (AAIA, AWDA, MEMA) at $39.95 U.S. per course. Non-association members are charged $49.95 U.S. per course.
