NARSA hosting 5th annual heavy duty heating and cooling conference Sept. 11-13

The International Heat Transfer Association, formerly known as the National Automotive Radiator Service Association (NARSA) is hosting its 5^th annual heavy duty heating and cooling conference September 11-13 in Houma, LA.

With Cajun Country as the setting, this year’s event will build on previous conferences by continuing to offer a wide range of technical presentations, hands-on training and demonstrations, exhibits, and networking activities for heavy duty heat exchanger repair, manufacturing, fabricating, design and maintenance.

The theme of this year’s conference is “HD Heat Exchange Opportunities and Innovation”. And while a significant portion of the program will continue to be devoted to transportation-related heat exchanger topics, the south Louisiana maritime location and the unique services and customer base of our host company, David Bienvenu’s Radiator Service Co., Inc., also provide the opportunity to focus on commercial and industrial applications of tube and shell, and plate and frame heat exchangers.

A swamp tour, a visit to the Mr. Charlie drilling rig, and a “Gumbo Cook-Off” will provide additional “Cajun Spice” for conference attendees.
