Mahle launches new filters website

Mahle Clevite has launched its new Mahle Original filters website.

The new website includes detailed information, advanced search features for both consumers and automotive repair shops, and informative videos that are specific to the comprehensive Mahle Original filter product line.

Mahle says its Original aftermarket replacement filters, provide coverage for oil, fuel, air and cabin air, and deliver the same uncompromised quality, excellence in innovation and superior technology that has made the company a leading supplier of filters to the major European automotive manufacturers.

The new website provides a centralized location for information that is specific to the Mahle Original filter product line.

Featuring expanded search functionality, the site allows the user to input their vehicle year, make and model resulting in precise product information that is specific to that application.

“We couldn’t be more pleased and excited about the launch of our new Mahle Original filter-specific website,” said Ted Hughes, marketing manager for Mahle Clevite. “This new site allows us to transfer detailed information on our extensive filtration program and technical information to our customers.”

The Mahle Original filters website includes a secondary search function dedicated to the automotive repair shop owner that is location specific. With the input of a zip code, the shop owner will receive the percentage of European VIO that is specific to that area.

“Mahle is an original equipment supplier to every European automotive manufacturer, so owners of these cars will increasingly look to local, general repair shops for service, and may even do some first-level maintenance themselves,” says Hughes. “Therefore, automotive chains will increasingly be asked for replacement filters for European models as they go out of warranty. This presents a great opportunity for general repair shops and ‘quick lube’ chains to cater to this growing category in their general location.”

The new website will also feature product videos that present the superior features of Mahle Original filters compared to the competition.
