Maaco Collision Repair Centres Select ADP System for Estimating

Maaco, with more than 500 collision repair centre franchises in North America, has settled on the ADP Shoplink system as its preferred estimating system in the U.S. and Canada.
“Shoplink is easy to use and automatically calculates all additionally required removal and installation operations with the replacement of every part, making MAACO centres’ ‘cosmollision’ service fast and accurate,” said Thomas Monaghan, assistant vice president, MAACO. “Getting on board with Shoplink is an important step in our cosmollision expansion strategy and upcoming direct repair relationships.”
Monaghan said ADP’s strong training and customer support programs were factors in MAACO’s choice of Shoplink because they make it easy for MAACO center operators to transition to Shoplink from hand-written estimates or other computerized estimating systems.
“MAACO’s collision repair service, trademarked ‘cosmollision’ for its cosmetic collision aspect, is popular with consumers and policyholders,” said John Kotsopoulos, vice president sales, collision repair services North America, ADP Claims Services Group. “By designating Shoplink the preferred computerized estimating system, MAACO is helping its franchise owners to win and serve more insurance-driven business.”
