Maremont acquired by Kenneth Banks

Kenneth Banks and family have acquired Maremont, a manufacturer and supplier of full-line aftermarket exhaust products to the United States and Canada.

“We are moving forward under the Maremont umbrella of brands, and are excited about continuing to serve you needs,” said Banks in a release to the press. “Customers who have been served with Arvin branded product will be transitioned to the Maremont brand in the future. We are committed to supplying our customers exhaust needs with Maremont products.”

All of the Maremont employees have been retained by the banks family and contracts with the company for orders will remain the same.
