Gauge Line Gets Glowing Review

The Auto Meter Lunar Series gives a fresh look to high tech gauges. During the day, the Lunar series looks like the traditional Auto Meter Ultra-Lite series with silver dial and fluorescent red pointer. At night, the electro-luminescent dial lights the face evenly with a blue-green glow, while the pointer and numbers turn black. The 4299 Lunar tachometer with Shift-Lite includes Auto Meter’s “Dial-In-Exactness”. This feature uses the pointer to dial in the shift RPM. The bright amber light gives quick glance notice of shift points for no look shifting. The Lunar Series offers both mechanical and electrical gauges that can be mounted in dash or in gauge pods and pillar mounts. Gauges cover everything from boost and oil pressure to exhaust temperature and virtually every conventional monitoring function.
