Cylinder Head Milling Gauge

The design of GM’s 350 Chevy cylinder heads after 1977 features lightweight or thin wall castings, with a potential for leakage when excessive or repeated milling takes place. The new Corteco precision “Go-NoGo” cylinder head gauge for milling small-block Chevy cylinder heads will allow machinists and engine builders to check coolant port locations before and after machining, to ensure good clearance to seal between the coolant port and combustion grommet/fire ring.
