AutoLine Purchases Edmonton Rebuilder

Cyril Russell, Director of AutoLine Products Ltd. and Dan Saskiw, President of Tarani Rebuilders Inc. have announced that the two companies have joined forces.

Tarani Rebuilders are a well-established rebuilder of CV axles and rack and pinion units. AutoLine Products are rebuilders of carburetors, distributors, multi-port fuel injectors, water pumps, calipers and power steering pumps. AutoLine Products Ltd. has purchased all outstanding shares of Tarani Rebuilders Inc. effective October 31, 2002. Tarani Rebuilders Inc. will continue to operate from their existing Edmonton location and Dan Saskiw will remain as general manager for an interim period. It will be “business as usual” for all Tarani accounts and Tarani products will be introduced to AutoLine customers as programs are developed.
