Exide to Supply Canadian Tire Batteries Through 2004

Battery supplier Exide Technologies has renewed its supply agreement with Canadian Tire Corporation.
The supply agreement, which runs through 2004, continues a business relationship between the two companies that has existed for decades. Under the terms of the agreement, Exide Technologies will continue to provide Canadian Tire with a full line of transportation and commercial batteries for automotive, marine, lawn and garden, and heavy-duty applications.

Canadian Tire’s 452 retail stores stock more than 100,000 different products, including automotive parts and accessories, sports and leisure goods, and home products.
