The 75th AIA Annual General Meeting will be held on May 16th, 2017

The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada will be held on May 16th at 11:30 am at the Hilton Meadowvale Hotel & Conference Centre, 6750 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, ON.

All AIA members are encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting. If you are the designated contact for your company and not able to attend, please complete a Proxy Form, assigning your vote to a specific individual. You must complete the form before May 8th.

Documentation being presented at the meeting will be posted on the AIA website before May 5th.

In addition to the AGM, the AIA Volunteer Recognition Luncheon will be held to honour this year’s recipients of the AIA Distinguished Service Award and the YES Young Leader of the Year Award.
