Delphi Launches Additional Capabilities and Products

Delphi Product and Service Solutions, part of Delphi Corporation, announced the addition of several new products and its latest service solutions at the 2002 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) being held in Las Vegas this week.
The new, patented DS800 computer-implemented diagnostic system and The DS800solution, developed by Delphi Integrated Service Solutions — a finalist for the 2003 Automotive News PACE Award — provides a wireless network for technicians and service personnel to remotely access diagnostic information, technical data and training at the vehicle on a just-in-time basis. Delphi also will feature TechSource — technical assistance and information access available to all Delphi Product and Service Solutions’ customers.
Delphi now offers a variety of new products such as air and fuel delivery components, emission systems, sensors and HVAC products.
Also, Delphi will add automotive absorbent glass mat (AGM) batteries to its stable of Delphi Freedom batteries for marine, motorcycle and lawn & garden applications.

Delphi is offering “live” demonstrations of the DS800 and TechSource service solutions and the new Delphi XM SKYFi portable satellite radio throughout the show. Other products on display include accumulators, compressors, condensers, evaporators, heater cores, radiators, fuel pumps, fuel injectors, oxygen sensors, fuel pressure regulators, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, position sensors, linear EGR valves.
