SPX TIF infrared pocket thermometer

SPX has introduced the TIF 7201 Pocket IR Thermometer for the automotive market. The TIF 7201 can be pointed to any part to be examined by a technician and with a press of a button the technician will get an accurate temperature reading. The thermometer can be used to take temperatures from electrical components, connectors, temperature sensors, catalytic converters or exhaust systems. The thermometer features the System-on-a-Chip technology which allows the IR design to be placed on a single chip thereby reducing space and decreasing the weight of the device.
