Snap-on announces changes to Training Solutions program

Independent Certified Trainer Robert L. Lundrigan has been retained by Snap-on Tools of Canada Ltd. to continue providing the Business Development for 2000 and Beyond program developed by Training Solutions / A Snap-on Services Group in a co-operative initiative with the Automotive Industries Association of Canada. The contract was awarded following the retirement this month of Cliff Young – Director, Customer Training, Training Solutions/A Snap-on Services Group. Mr. Lundrigan has been teaching the intensive, five-day business management workshop for independent shop owners since joining Training Solutions as a trainer in January 2000. “Snap-on remains committed to ensuring the success of our customers and the entire independent sector of the automotive service industry through this crucial program. We remain committed to the Training Solutions program and working with AIA Canada,” said Brian D. Ross – Vice-President, Snap-on Tools of Canada Ltd. “Independent shops are a crucial part of the automotive service industry, and I want shop owners to survive and thrive. I’m very excited about continuing to run the Training Solutions program in co-operation with Snap-on Tools of Canada Ltd.,” said Robert Lundrigan. “There are still so many shop owners who need help to achieve the success and profitability that has been eluding them in an industry that’s changing rapidly.”
