Petro-Canada has announced that Petro-Canada Certigard Car Repair Centres have ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction among service providers, according to the J.D. Power and Associates Canadian Customer Commitment Study. “We are very pleased to receive this award from J.D. Power and Associates,” said Boris Jackman, Petro-Canada’s Executive Vice President, Downstream. “Most Canadians recognize and respect the J.D. Power designation. At the same time, it confirms what we at Petro-Canada have known for a long time — that Certigard represents the best in customer commitment and value in the car repair sector.” The 2005 J.D. Power and Associates study, which studied the service satisfaction and loyalty of owners of 2- to 12-year old vehicles, recognized Certigard for promoting strong customer-handling processes at all of its outlets since 2002.
