Monroe’s Ride Safe Training Tour has wrapped an eight stop cross-Canada tour where technicians received technical training and hands-on experience with Monroe ride control products, as well as components from DynoMax and Rancho suspension. Stops were coast-to-coast encompassing Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa and Moncton.

At the Toronto stop of the Monroe tour, groups from Canadian Tire, Speedy Auto Service and the traditional aftermarket tested Reflex ride control against OEM products. Over 300 technicians and service advisors attended the event. Overall, 2000 Canadians attended the tour.

“It’s fantastic”, declared Tenneco Automotive regional manager for central Canada, Dean Clarke. “60 percent of vehicles go to the graveyard with the original equipment shocks or struts. Events like this show that new ride control really makes a difference.”
