AIA announces date for 2012 Ontario ASP forum

The fourth annual Ontario Automotive Service Providers Forum will be held March 7 at the International Centre in Toronto, Ont.

The forum, which will feature automotive industry experts sharing tips on how to increase profits, is aimed at owners, managers, and sales staff at automotive service and repair shops, collision shops, tire shops, and parts stores.

AIA says there will also be a focus on how to manage goals, improve customer relations, and improve the bottom line.
